How about a NO!!! option for people who don't smoke, never smoked, and can't stand the stench of tobacco? |
| darkshadowsseeker | | posted 7-May-2001 12:13pm |
Never smoked, never plan to. |
| darkshadowsseeker |
You're right, that option would have been perfect for some of us. |

What cigarettes do you smoke? |
| jkiehart | | (reply to Iseult) posted 9-May-2001 5:22pm |
Marlboro Lights, though I'm trying to smoke those Natural American Spirit ones. I always forget though, and I walk out of the bodega thinking, "Damn! I hope I remember next time." |

Will you bring me some Partagas?! I love Cuban cigars! |
Iseult | | (reply to jkiehart) posted 11-May-2001 6:13pm |
I like regular Marlboro so much. Here in Canada, it's prohibited, so you can only find Canadian Marlboro. I smoke du Maurier though. |
Maarten |
OK, no problem. I usually smoke Partages too! |
Enheduanna | | (reply to Maarten) posted 13-May-2001 9:49am |
Yummy! |
| jkiehart | | (reply to Iseult) posted 14-May-2001 9:57am |
Why is Marlboro banned?? |
| ASexyBabe | | (reply to Iseult) posted 14-May-2001 10:07am |
Whats the difference between regular Marlboro and canadian? |
| Hotbabe | | posted 14-May-2001 1:35pm |
No, I used to be a social smoker, but was never addicted. I gave up smoking completely a couple of months ago. |
Iseult | | (reply to jkiehart) posted 14-May-2001 3:49pm |
Because it has too high rate of nicotine, and that much nicotine in Canada is illegal.
But you can get it from Chinese convenience stores from under the counter if you know the guy. |
Iseult | | (reply to ASexyBabe) posted 14-May-2001 3:50pm |
There is only one strenght of Canadian Marlboro. It's equal to American Marlboro light. |
| ASexyBabe | | (reply to Iseult) posted 14-May-2001 4:11pm |
Oh well that sucks why do they do that? Are they in a red box? |
| jkiehart | | (reply to Iseult) posted 14-May-2001 5:19pm |

| Matt | | (reply to ASexyBabe) posted 14-May-2001 5:38pm |

AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Does that answer your question? |
| mrsbbear |
My parents smoked like chimneys, and I grew up in a smoke-filled place, and was sick more often than friends were, and as a child had a chronic congested cough. I saw my mother buy cigarettes when she could barely afford anything, and I grew to hate smoking the way any addict's child either becomes an addict or grows to hate it. I saw what it does to people, and still have to bite my tongue to avoid preaching when I see some stupid young person voluntarily taking up the addiction. Older people who were addicted before everyone knew how horrid tobacco is I can forgive, but youngsters who still insist on thinking they look cool as a "butt-head" drive me around the bend. |
